Not worth it for the crummy amenities and outdated apartments. Rent keeps going up but my unit stays the same. Not sure why I'm even paying so much at this point. I've asked every year for 5 years to have the old (falling apart) carpet replaced, and it's never been done. All I've gotten is empty promises and excuses. Not to mention the communication here is absolutely terrible! You are told work will be completed on x day(so rearrange your life and make sure you are ready) only for no one to show ...
up, even after speaking with the office to confirm. No call, no notice, no apology just a make sure you rearrange your life again on another day so we can come back. Unfortunately this isn't the first time I've had to deal with this lack of consideration. Another huge concern is how unsafe I feel here, it is not well lit at all, building lights malfunction all the time, leaving entry ways in darkness. My car has been broken into on 3 separate occasions as the parking lots are also poorly lit. The buildings at the back of the complex are the worst, strange people who do not live here do drugs and hang around in the breeze ways. Please if you live alone, avoid this place. I'm thrilled that we decided not to renew our lease and I cannot in good conscience reccomend this complex to anyone else.
