They always take care of service tickets and if there is a delay for any reason they keep you fully informed. They go above and beyond for the residents. Our apartment was clean and freshly renovated with all new fixtures and appliances; work is ongoing to update the buildings and grounds. Walls a little thin, but our neighbors were not unreasonably noisy. Worst Apartments that I have ever rented
June 25, 2021I have lived in these apartments few years, As the year passed by things got louder, nosier, expensive and bad managed. Winter heat was not working, summer air condition was not functioning, Pipes must be years old that toilet was getting clogged regularly. Smell of dump and humidity was so bad I had black bacteria growing on my windows. Management was so ignored and unprofessional, issues was never taken care of while I living there.
