Great Place to Live
February 24, 2026I have lived at Chatwell Club apartments for close to 20 years. The Office personnel and their Maintenance staff are the best. Parking lot always plowed, sidewalks always shoveled and salted when necessary. Maintenance quick to respond. Very comfortable Community. Lots of Friendly people.Review from Apartments.com
Do not recommend moving here! Don't do it!
August 25, 2022They told me that they were cleaning the apartment so they extend my move in date 2 weeks out, when I move in, the apartment looked like they only vacuum it everything else was half a**. The washer and dry was dirty and filled with pet hair, my door knob looked like someone tried to break in to the apartment, I have to have them replaced the door. In the winter electric and gas bill was over $400 for 1 BR 576 sf. The apartment never get warm no matter how long you have the heat on. Maintenance ...people are very rude. I had a sewer broke out in my apartment my whole smell like sh*t. The water that comes out the faucet smell very bad. The list goes on. I'm finally moving out after 2 years. I couldn't be more happier! Oh! They also make new rules without giving you a proper written notice and give you a fine because they consider sending out emails as written notice and if u don't pay it they take u to court. Do not recommend living here!
October 2, 2019Me and my boyfriend lived here for a year in a one bedroom apartment and it was terrible. First of all for a non-updated tiny apartment they are very over priced especially if you have ever been inside one of the two bedrooms which are much more updated and have newer appliances, carpeting, countertops etc. Also when we moved in our freezer was broken and the maintenance men came to "fix" it and said nothing was wrong with it when none of the food frozen. They weren't going to fix it until I ...called and made a scene until they replaced the entire fridge. I also had a problem with the washer breaking and again they said they couldn't find a problem with it but saw it needed a part replaced which "would be here next week sometime", but they never came back with the part it supposedly needed. Every time me or my boyfriend showered our bathroom walls would have a yellow sludge run down them from all of the previous residents who had smoked inside the apartment and it was disgusting. The carpet had burn holes and bleach stains in some areas, EVERY closet door would fall off the hinges when you opened them even after being "fixed", and the shower drain hardly worked. In the winter they did plow the snow, but the problem was that they would plow it against the back of your car and you would have to spend 45 minutes digging your tires out so good luck if you drive a small car!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

From my initial inquiry to my actual leasing of the apartment, the entire staff has been courteous, professional, and accommodating. I don't mind telling you that I was very careful in my apartment search because I had rented my previous apartment for 5 years and I loved my unit and the staff. I was very reluctant about moving but needed to relocate. I'm sure that ...Chatwell is the right decision for me. July 21, 2015I have just moved into Chatwell club and it is one of the best apartments i have ever lived in. All of the Neighbors are respectful and the employee's are great to talk with and get answers easy and they make sure your needs are taking care of right away. It is a great place to live I wouldn't recommend anywhere else to live. This is where you want to live if you want a great place for you to have and be proud to have people over it is also pet friendly and provided a gated area just for your dog ...to run around and wear some of that energy down. August 26, 2014It's only been a few weeks however I absolutely love it here...the neighborhood is friendly and safe. Office staff are great and always happy to see the coming and going of their renters. I've had to call maintenance once and they came quickly fixed the issue and were very friendly while in my home.
