July 7, 2022Everything is broken. Garage door breaks every couple months. Been open for over a month and now people's cars are getting broken into and people are smoking crack. Other doors are broken. Dog poop everywhere. Parts of the building reeks of trash. Stay away.Property Manager Responded

April 27, 2022My experience with Chelsea Heights (and Greystar, their management company) has been just awful. It took months for any maintenance issues to get fixed. My oven didn't work for the first three months living at Chelsea Heights, and after months of unanswered calls and emails I only got it fixed because I threatened legal action. Now that I've moved out they're trying to charge me for rent the month after my agreed-to move-out date. It's been impossible to get anyone to respond to emails or phone ...calls to try and fix the invoice. Just terrible customer service in a subpar building.Property Manager Responded
