Avoid This Place – Neglected Grounds and Terrible Management

I am extremely disappointed with my experience here. If you value your safety and peace of mind, look elsewhere.
Hazardous Snow Removal: Despite the high rent, snow removal is practically nonexistent. The parking lots and sidewalks remain ice rinks for days after a storm, making it dangerous just to walk to your car. It’s clear management doesn't prioritize resident safety once winter hits.
Maintenance is a Joke: Getting anything fixed is a nightmare. I’ve had to submit multiple requests for the ...
same issues, and even when someone finally shows up, it’s a "band-aid" fix that doesn’t actually solve the problem. Maintenance requests often go ignored for days or weeks without any update.
Disrespectful Customer Service: The office staff is friendly when they want you to sign a lease, but that changes the second you have a problem. They are often rude, dismissive, or completely unresponsive to emails and calls. If you try to follow up on a repair, expect to be "jerked around" with excuses.
It is frustrating to pay so much for a "luxury" experience only to be treated like a nuisance by management. Save your money and find a complex that actually cares about its tenants.

I've lived here for almost a year and a half. At a quick glance, the place looks nice until you look closer. The complex is definitely showing its age. The maintenance staff are great and try their absolute best. They just need more help. The pool is NOT heated regardless of what they advertise. The bottom of the pool and the walls of the pool are constantly green. Zero water flow in the pool, even with a new pump installed. Missing tiles and grout make for extremely sharp edges and an ...
unsafe pool... The pool needs a haulover. Grills at the pool have shown their age as well, ignitors dont work, and half of the burners are broken. The air filter in my apartment has never been changed outside of me buying my own and changing it. Walls and floor are thin, and you can hear your neighbors all the time. Office staff is great with the exception of the property manager. She is very unapproachable and appears that she dislikes her position. Rent keeps increasing. However, the luxury and selling points of the complex keep declining. There are better options out there for similar monthly rent.

I have lived here for almost a year and have had a great experience .
The maintenance staff is very efficient and friendly and my apartment is well maintained by them.
I enjoy the clean atmosphere and all the great amenities here.

The management here could care less about the tenant they would rather start a conflict.
The residence has a nice exterior view from Holland Sylvania but the interior has many issues
the main issue is the bugs I have trapped them in a sandwich bag and brought it to the leasing offices attention and they wouldn't even acknowledge me.
I moved my refrigerator and there were at least 10 to 15 of them crawling behind it. The other problems stemmed from loud parties and yelling all times of the ...

Upon move in i was informed my carpet would need to be ripped out at some point after i move in. this wasn't told to me until my day of move in, otherwise i wouldn't have moved in. Things go downhill from there. The lack of cleaning was atrocious! The carpets weren't even swept so thats the least they could have done, the kitchen wasn't wiped down at all. I went through half a bottle of clorox wipes just in the kitchen. The cabinets were filthy and the surfaces untouched. Upon a later date I ...
noticed mildew in the dishwasher that basically covered the bottom. That is just laziness and awful checking on their part. They don't seem to inspect anything. All the air vents were covered in dirt due to their negligence to clean them. so far these are all things you would expect clean when you pay almost $1,000 in rent a month. The living room was better looking but the sliding door track was filthy from their lack of sweeping. in the bedroom there were 2 cracks that were completely ignored in the walls along with windows that do not lock. From there we enter the bathroom which is by far the worst of any room. nothing was touched in there. i had to clean the toilet, the bathtub had mildew under all its ledges and the bottom was an obvious brown. That took a gallon of bleach and a scrubber to fix, but it still shows their lack of cleaning. these are things that should have been done before i moved in by them. this isn't my filth it is some other persons. The floor in the bathroom has a tile that came up also.
