The new owners and current property manager have completely turned the complex around; they are prompt, compassionate , and fair. Family friendly and kids of all ages can play safely! Location wise, (bus route accessible in each direction) gas station, hospital, and Dollar Store are all in a walking distance; and all Mansfield Schools bus to this location. Trash removal is always on time and the parking lots stay clear of debris. During the winter they take care of the plowing in order to access ...

the main roads and in the summer you don’t have to mow. Everyone does their part to keep their unit presentable and all neighbors get along as a community. I have been here for almost 5 years and love the complex it has become. All units are freshly carpeted, painted, etc. The dishwashers are all newer and actually work; and if you choose to have a washer/dryer hookup unit, the electric bill doesn’t get sky high. No partying, no high-traffic, and no negativity among the neighbors. I have no reason to move and appreciate the relationships I have developed over the years with staff and neighbors.

I wish I could contact the owners cause the manager is rude and disrespectful my daughter lives there and she is not renewing her lease making up lies when my daughter barely has company and pays her rent and bills on time

This place is an old complex, and the building I am in the occupants are very quiet stay to them selves, and for the most part friendly and quiet, I will say that with the new Management things are getting fixed slowly because of shortage of maintenance but things are getting done to rectify the major issues at hand office manager is doing a great job and very pleasant and very helpful to those living here, she also tries to give people resources for help, I can't say anything about the town ...

houses but the apartment building I live in is quiet like I said, and maybe that because of the age of most of the tenants in my building, oh there are young ones here but they are pretty much quiet, I personally do not have any issues anymore with new management

As a resident, I can tell you 1st hand. Allthough its quiet Most of the time. THAT DO NOT CHANGE THE FACT that, Some of the neighbors leave FULL trash bags in the hallway. I shouldn't have to say anything else on the subject. Let your imagination run rampant. Staff does try to keep it clean, But it's to NO use. Didn't used to be like this, But they have let ANYTHING move in here so with that being said. Move here with caution. IM looking for another apt ASAP cause I don't see the situatiuon ...

Hi Sorry you had a bad experience with Chelsea Square. As of December,2021, we are new owners. Since than there has been updates and New Management along with New Maintenance personal. As of right now we have replaced many new items, updated some apartments and cleaned the outside. As for tenants, a lot of violations are going out. We have a lease, with a policy that our manager goes by. Please stop back at any time and check out the New Chelsea Square.

Perfect apartments for young adults!!

Chelsea Square Apartments are amazing for young adults. They are newer apartments with large closets balconies/patios option of having a garage and vaulted ceilings if you should decide to choose an apartment on the top floor! They have accent walls painted in the living room and master bedroom which I absolutely love. They offer great deals as well if you come look at a place and apply for an apartment within 24 hours they give you deals like half off the deposit which already isn't a bad price ...

and they remove the application fee. Also if you sign a 13 month lease I think they give that first month free! The clubhouse includes a bios ones center where you can come use the computers and print things off, a beautiful gym with flat screen tv's, a tanning bed you use for free, a lounge area to watch tv, a Starbucks coffee machine, fridges with free water, pop, orange juice, and apple juice, pool table a bar with free beer on tap which they change weekly, Otis spunkmeyer cookies, and movie theatre pop corn machine. Also a 3 their Vegas style pool which is amazing and the 2 ends make it perfect for lounging in the water to tan or read and etc. out with the pool are brand new huge grills they just purchased at Home Depot. Everything is electric so you have to pay just electric and water bills. They also hold amazingly generous and fun parties for the residents often where they supply food and alcohol which is always fun!! You must check it out for yourself I literally feel like I'm living at a resort.
