Be sure to read this before you decide to move in ... then don't
November 14, 20171. First, if it wasn't for the cheap rent, I don't think anybody would be living here but know this- YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. The walls are thin, things are falling apart, the appliances are outdated, the playground and pool are trash. 2. Even from the application process I had issues. I was giving a move-in date of a Friday. I hadn't heard anything so on the Thursday before, I called and asked what time I should come to get the keys. I was then told that there were things i needed to fix on my ...application and that they would have to send it out again. WHY DIDN'T ANYONE CALL ME BEFORE THE DAY BEFORE TO TELL ME? August 13, 2016Roaches around apartment, no parking ever, gates stay open constantly. Want 30% of my income and require me to make less money than livable to live here as a single person. Cannot make more than 30,000 to live here as single, and that is crazy! Who has ever heard of apartments who restrict those who want to save some of their hard earned money? Clean, spacious apartments with helpful staff at Cherokee Summit
July 27, 2015Cherokee Summit is the first apartment that I have rented, and I have been very pleased so far (9mo). The floor plans are spacious, the grounds are kept clean, the staff is helpful, and the tenants are friendly. On top of that, the rent is very reasonable and for all of these reasons, I would strongly recommend renting here.Review from Apartments.com

August 13, 2015We love our spacious 2 bedroom apartment. They have beautiful maintained grounds, pool, tennis court, basketball court, car wash, free after school program.
