DO NOT LIVE HERE… my husband and I have lived here for just about 3 years and all it has been is issues. We lived in mold for 2 years, all they did was come and spray it. We had personal belongings damaged due to flooding in our first unit. Our animals were getting severely sick, along with my husband and I being constantly sick. They told us we could move units and there was a delay in getting the keys for this new unit by 2 days late, didn’t seem to care that it we got keys late and still ...
charged us for those 2 days with rent. Coming into the new unit, everything seemed to be fine, until we had AC issues. The AC issues have been ongoing for over a year now, and there are times they refuse to fix it. They turn off the emergency line if there is an emergency, which is against the law to refuse the repair to our unit. We have experienced drain issues, for example, 3 times in ONE month, and we were told they couldn’t identify who it was meanwhile my husband and I were out of town for that month. On top of that, their tree fell on my vehicle which resulted in a total loss, and they didn’t help with that portion besides removing the tree.
They don’t care about their residents. The units are old and they cover themselves up with paint on the walls.
