DO NOT LIVE HERE… my husband and I have lived here for just about 3 years and all it has been is issues. We lived in mold for 2 years, all they did was come and spray it. We had personal belongings damaged due to flooding in our first unit. Our animals were getting severely sick, along with my husband and I being constantly sick. They told us we could move units and there was a delay in getting the keys for this new unit by 2 days late, didn’t seem to care that it we got keys late and still ...
charged us for those 2 days with rent. Coming into the new unit, everything seemed to be fine, until we had AC issues. The AC issues have been ongoing for over a year now, and there are times they refuse to fix it. They turn off the emergency line if there is an emergency, which is against the law to refuse the repair to our unit. We have experienced drain issues, for example, 3 times in ONE month, and we were told they couldn’t identify who it was meanwhile my husband and I were out of town for that month. On top of that, their tree fell on my vehicle which resulted in a total loss, and they didn’t help with that portion besides removing the tree.
They don’t care about their residents. The units are old and they cover themselves up with paint on the walls.

Cheery Creek Apartments has been one of my favorite places to reside! As any apartment complex they have their issues, but those issues are always resolved very quickly!
The office staff is by far the sweetest people and always treat you with such respect.
The maintenance team is also such a fantastic team! The people are very nice and respond to work orders quickly.
Very reasonable prices for being so close to the city! Check them out, you wont regret it!

im not going to lie, I had my share of problems in the beginning and some out of management's control and gave 3 stars. months later, things changed for the better and I made peace with everyone and gave them 5 stars because a couple of times they went out of their way doing some things above and beyond.
I've looked at some very rude comments by others and while I get some are warranted, try to remember that every single person in maintenance and the office staff are only human and make mistakes ...
but try to give them an opportunity to rectify your issues; and it may require 2-3 attempts but I truly believe it's a two way streak.
I happily renewed my lease and despite some comments suggesting they are very rude and hostile, I completely disagree. they have always been professional, polite, and compassionate. <JB>

Very obvious signs of water damage all over unit. From pest control telling me that bugs (including brown recluse) were coming via water damaged floors, to finding water spots on ceiling in closets that later were painted over, to my neighbors who shared our wall showing us their side that was wet to the touch, to myself finally finding mold growth, this place is a nightmare. Took months of communication to the office and a lawyer's letter to get out of the lease since the mold addendum was ...
clearly violated. They need all new roofs and to reseal foundations. I had multiple visits to urgent care bc I developed asthma living there with bouts of bronchitis. I no longer worry about it at my nice, new complex. My room mate could have been bed ridden in the hospital if her bought of pneumonia had been her bad lung. Living with mold is no joke and not something to ignore. Leasing office staff is rude and will try to twist everything around. Maintenance requests will become lost or they will send you the wrong workers. Grounds keepers are useless, literally act like they are on drugs, and are unfriendly. Zero amenities. Pool is a joke. I could go on. Don't live here even though location and price can be tempting.

Our apartment was beautiful! The maintenance and office staff are always very quick to respond and helpful. I will miss the miss the great pool party and other events the staff hosted. I would've stayed longer if we wouldn't have bought a house.

MY sons girlfriend lives here. I do not want to put the whole story up. Long story short her AC unit has been broken for days now with it being in the 90s outside. Thats just not safe and not a good way for an apartment to run their business. Avoid this place if you can.

HORRIBLE PLACE TO LIVE!!

Unless you want to be woken by construction at literally 7am and then come home to hot tar shingles all over your patio and your walk way to your apartment. AVOID THIS PLACE! They are completely unprofessional and getting a corporate number does nothing because no one cares to call you back. Place needs a lot of work. The people in the office are somewhat nice which is why I am giving it 2 stars and not one.
