Renters Reviews and Ratings
Office staff is unprofessional
July 31, 2024The complex itself is well maintained and quiet. On the other hand, the office staff is a stain on the whole experience. Moving in here was great, then the staff changed. Ugh, I emailed about a running toilet, received no response, after a week, I emailed someone at the corporate office, and it was fixed by the end of the day. Upon giving my notice, I requested a move out inspection on 5/24/2024 for 6/28/2024. No response whatsoever, on 6/24/2024 I emailed again to confirm, she told me a later ...time than I requested which meant I couldn't attend. If you don't attend, they don't allow you to dispute charges. Which means you're at the mercy of inept office staff. So, if you've plans to move here, please attend the moveout inspection. Plus keep the number to corporate.Property Manager Responded
