Clean, safe, "mom approved"
April 22, 2016Both of my sons attend Union University and live in Cherry Grove Apartments....I have been overly pleased with these apartments! I have never had to worry about safety issues within the complex. The apartments, grounds, and complex as a whole are very clean. The staff in the office is friendly and courteous! Any time that a call was made to have a repair done it was dealt with in a timely manner. I am thankful that the boys have each had a positive experience with their first apartments. As a ...mom it has been a comfort to know they are happy, feel safe, and live in a clean complex. It is a great location and close to the college, restaurants, grocery stores, and much more. Far from what the website shows
March 18, 2013Roof Leaks in most of the apartments, Staff not very friendly when it comes to getting stuff done, pools are not open for very long nor are they heated. Random Dog droppings on the tennis courts, needs to be gated in for the cost of renting, rentals are not "perfect" upon move in and what I mean by that is there are holes that need to be patched, door jams that need repair, actual locks on the doors needed besides a deadlock... oh and here is a good one... a useless alarm system that can be ...turned off via a circuit breaker once inside...Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
