June 11, 2018I've lived here for almost 7 years now, I've seen office staff come and go over the years. But Isabel never cease to amaze me. Everytime I've called office or have gone into office and though she has so many things going on all at once phones ringing,workers coming in, residents for whatever the reason stopping by she always addresses you with a smile and listens to you and gets the request done no matter how super busy she is. It's incredible what awesome customer service she gives each and ...every time. It's remarkable by far. I'd be so flustered but she never is. With that being said when she's not in the office you can definitely tell the difference. Also this past year or so really have enjoyed the festivities that have been planned for us residents pool side. Always a good time. Loving how the property is looking so nice as well. Great Personnel
May 24, 2018I have been living here for a year and I must say that it has been such a pleasure. The property is always well maintained, including the pool area. The minor problems I have had have been resolved without any issues and in a timely manner. Not only is this a great location, the staff is polite and professional, really makes living here a pleasure in paradise !! August 9, 2015I love my current location, but honestly I'm paying way too much rent for what I'm getting, no washer or dryer inside my unit and no upgrades on appliances or bathrooms, some of the units are being remodeled but not mine, I will have to pay a couple hundred dollars more.Review from Apartments.com
Between UM and FIU
August 14, 2015I am in a three bedroom two bath with my fiancé and two friends that leaves us with a spare bedroom. The master bathroom has a spacious walk in closet but the weird thing is that the toilet and shower are not in the same room as the sink where as the other bathroom is. Only the two bedrooms are carpeted and the third one isn't which I personally don't like really because had it been a room to use, the doors to the room are French doors with big windows which doesn't allow much privacy. Since we ...have paid for the three bedroom and not two bedroom, we have a washer and dryer which is convenient. Unfortunately in the kitchen, there is no garbage disposal and there is an unneeded door from the outside to the kitchen which neither of us understood why that was. In regards to the cleanliness of the apartment when we moved in, it was just fine for the price we pay a month and the maintenance crew does a pretty good job when something is needed to be repaired. Only when it is an outside contractor job that the wait time is longer. The parking situation is kind of annoying, there are two given spots for a three bedroom which I thought it should have been at least a car for given bedroom. Well there are visitor spots strung out randomly in the complex so there might be nights where you'll come home and you have to walk across the whole place to get to your apartment which is kind of annoying. Noise wise there aren't a lot of college kids or roudy kids where we live so we aren't kept up at night. The pool might be small but it's nice and quaint and perfect to just relax and cool off. the apartment is conveniently located walking distance to a bus stop and a bar as well as close driving to gas and grocery as well as high way entrance. For any FIU or UM students it's about halfway between the two with about a 15 minute drive to both.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
