Lied about move out fees
March 28, 2023After moving out I called 3 times to see when the move out inspection would be and they told me only the owners did the move out inspection even though you sign papers when moving in that you have the right to be there. Then they charged me for a brand new carpet and pet fee stating I had a pet when I did not. I sent proof of my child’s allergies and offered video proof but stated the fees still stands. They then lied and said maintenance seen a cat when in my apartment and I have never in my ...life owned a cat. The carpet was brand new when I moved in and I left with no stains but they claim the odor alone is why carpet needed replaced of course something that can’t be proven. After posting on fb of anyone else had problems it seems as if this isn’t the first time. Seems like a good place until you move out and they lie and cheat you.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

Looking for a New Home
February 28, 2019My Family has been living here almost three years. Overall the homes are very nice and rooms are very spacious. The neighborhood is quiet. Children are respectful and enjoy the pool in summer. Parking needs improving. The staff is Amazing and try to make things better throughout the year! A Good place
February 18, 2019Cherryhill is a good community to live. It's very peaceful. People are treated equally. Rules are expected to be followed but not enforced.
