I was so lucky to stumble upon Cliffside almost 2 years ago. I was in need of a nice apartments for my family. I feel we are in a very safe area next to the police, churches, schools, pharmacy & several gas stations. It is a bonus to have a washer/dryer in unit. We lived in the Cherry Hills apartments for over 4 years and was very happy there. Staff were friendly and helpful and the maintenance crew were quick to come by and fix any issues we had. If were were not there they left a note saying what they did. In-apartment washer and dryer was the big draw for me as most apartments in the area have a central location you had to leave your building to go to. My only complaint was the floor above us was so squeaky and loud it interrupted our sleep ...

Just renewed for 3rd year. One of the few apartments that has a Washer/Dryer in the unit and allows pets. Convenient location, so close to charming Newmarket main street, but right off 108 for commuting. Good size, with large decks. Tip: There are many variances in the amount of remodeling each apartment has had done, mainly in the kitchen dining areas. This apartment complex is beautiful. We have a beautiful view with a nice deck on one side of our building. The deck comfortable fits furniture and (in my case) a whole bunch of potted vegetables.
