DO NOT MOVE HERE!
November 20, 2025I’ve lived here for about 2 1/2 years and I cannot wait to leave. When I arrived from an out of state move, I needed to find a place to stay for the first night because when I got into my apartment, nothing was clean, the carpets weren’t finished, and they were still painting. After that, within the first week I ended up needing a new stove, dishwasher, light fixtures, blinds, and ultimately get my washer/dryer taken out because the combined unit would not dry. The outside of the building is in ...complete disarray. They are currently painting it to make it aesthetically look nice, but there is always trash, glass, even a used condom in the parking lot. The quality of the people that live here is such low class… Screaming and yelling, and forget about using the pool over the summer due to parties, loud music, drinking. I understand, wanting to have fun and enjoy, as I am a young adult myself… But the extent of the rowdiness is unacceptable and downright embarrassing if you want to have people over. The gates are always broken, cars get broken into, packages get ripped into and stolen from the mail room to the point that I don’t get anything delivered here anymore. There are so many issues with this place. In the last two months, there have maybe been three days where both elevators are working. Many times both are out of order and people need to take the stairs down and up 14 flights.maintenance does take a while to respond. It took over a year and a half to get my air conditioning unit to stop rattling, randomly turning on, and blowing out heat in the summer instead of air. In addition, maintenance will enter your place without any warning. I had to install cameras in my apartment and have to have told maintenance people to Get out via microphone while I was at work. I have talked to the office multiple times about this… About calling ahead, and yet a few months ago, a worker keyed into my apartment while I was undressed. It’s very unfortunate because I do love my physical apartment… When I’m inside of my front door, I love where I am. But there are too many outside factors that make this place horrible. AVOID THIS PROPERTY
August 27, 2024TLDR: Absolutely do not move in here. My vehicle was stolen from the 2nd floor of the parking garage the day I was moving out, in broad daylight. Terrible ventilation and the amenities look better in the pictures than they really are. I do not think anyone should willingly choose to live at this property. Other than the maintenance guys being chill, the property itself is absolutely a terrible place to live. My last and most recent experience with this place was the day I was moving out, when ...my car was stolen in broad daylight from their parking garage. The security cam conveniently didn’t seem to catch exactly what happened except that my car was there one minute and gone the next in the clip. I don’t know what they are doing for security and charging all this money for my car to be stolen in broad daylight. There is a gate that doesn’t work, and it seems anyone can enter and leave the parking lot whenever they want. My family and I stayed in the East Tower, in one of the un-renovated apartments - it was fully carpeted except for the kitchen and bathrooms. If you have pets, these apartments are terrible due to pet dander sticking on all the carpet and the apartment themselves having poor ventilation. The bathrooms do not have proper fans to help dehumidify after showers, and their mechanism for doing it through the roof works terribly poorly. It seems also to be connected to ventilation of the bathrooms in other apartments, as the smell of smoke/tobacco/MJ can be smelt through the bathrooms. The extremely poor humidity in the bathrooms due to the poor ventilation made it very easy for mold/mildew to develop. I’m pretty sure there is mold in the building’s stair ways as well, which you may have to take the many times the elevators are out of service. I suffered from severe migraines while living in that apartment, my family has had worsened asthma as well. I lost my sense of smell…which returned when we moved out. The building itself is often smelly, and the elevators are disgusting most days. There is often dog pee in the elevators of the apartment complex, and is something that happens very, very frequently. There are often days when only one elevator will work, at which there is a line waiting to travel through 14 floors. Not worth it, especially if you have a family. We would not raise our newborn in this apartment complex, for health and sanitary concerns. I highly recommend AVOIDING THIS PLACE.Property Manager Responded

Beautiful Place To Live
February 14, 2022This place has been my home for almost a year now. Apartment living is always difficult but the staff at Cherry Hill has always been kind and helpful. Especially Danielle who sits in the front. She always helps me and my husband and she loves our dog. Unprofessional and Rude Leasing Staff
May 25, 2021Arrived on time for my 10:30 am appointment. Danielle, from leasing, told me to wait. She then proceeded to engage in a personal conversation with a couple regarding her daughter, and how she wants to start buying records, etc while I stood there waiting... Yes! she had a personal conversation in my presence while I STOOD there waiting. Fortunately, the couple, seeing how unprofessional she was, eventually suggested to her that maybe she should start my appointment. I would not have minded ...waiting if they were wrapping up a deal but the conversation was entirely personal and being driven by Danielle. Complete disregard for me and my time, let alone my potential business.Property Manager Responded

Maintenance team and staff are great !
May 7, 2020Iv been living here a little over a year and I must say I am very happy with the staff, always friendly and willing to help, I had a clogged toilet and called the office who immediately sent up the maintenance man, he was professional and respected my apartment by putting booties on before coming in. 5 stars, nice place to live
October 8, 2019Very spacious and clean apartments. No problems with noise like I have experienced elsewhere. Had a small issue with my washer but Angela in the office was so helpful and got it taken care of for me right away. Friendly staff, nice neighbors, no complaints!Property Manager Responded

Better to avoid this property.
July 2, 2019I recently moved here, almost a month now. They told me that the apartment is ready to move in, pay holding fees, security deposit, $65 to get it inspected by “professional” people to “make sure everything is ready to move in”. After a day they said all good, pay this month’s rent and you can move in. All good till now. When I moved in to the apartment, it had major issues. 1. Toilet seat was dirty/messy. 2. Shower curtain rod was broken. 3. Cold water was not coming in toilet. 4. Water flow was ...very bad in kitchen. 5. Kitchen lights were broken. 6. Curtain blinds were completely missing. 7. Dish washer was not working at all. 8. No ice trays in fridge. 9. Both fobs were not working. I went to leasing office complained about all these thing. They fixed few things and completely forgot about rest. When I asked to provide me a copy of inspection done by so called “professional” for which they charged me $65, they were not able to provide. When I email about these issues, no reply from them. I tried to follow up with them with more emails, no reply from them. Now I was following up with Parcel Pending and Cherry Hill Tower leasing office for 2nd week for my parcel jammed into locker, they are not able help and were asking me every-time to come tomorrow. LOL. Conclusion, Cherry Hill Towers management is very unprofessional, they don’t keep their words. I can say, they don’t care about tenants. Consider this place as last option. New Management is not good
April 19, 2019multiple noise complaints nothing done - still have construction disturbances left packages without notice of delivery. When confronted stated they are not responsible for notifying of packages even though old management did. When confront first they blamed me for not picking it up even though I went 3 times after the delivery date for other packages and this was not given to me.
