Great Place to Live
October 22, 2022This is a great place to live and rise kids. Especially nearby an elementary school and Middle school down the road. If you live at Cherry Knoll and you have issues then you're the problem because the STAFF and the MANAGEMENT are great and can resolve most of your issues/problems. February 25, 2022The parking at this complex is the worst , for starters the spaces are way to small often times my neighbors car doors would hit my car because the spaces were so tight. Now my car has dents and scratches everywhere. Also good luck finding parking after 6pm on account that there aren’t enough spaces per building and I’m sure non residents park here as well. The walls of the apartment itself were also paper thin I could literally hear my downstairs neighbors tv, I could hear my upstairs ...neighbors stomping around in addition to them arguing literally every morning. The walls are so thin I could even hear their washer and dryer at times. Good luck with maintenance was well they only help for about the first few weeks after that you have to put in multiple requests to get stuff fixed if that. Lastly the apartment itself has really cheap paint on the walls be careful putting posters and stuff up as they will likely rip the paint off when it comes time to take them down. DONT GET ME STARTED ON THE WATER HEATER hot water in the shower goes cold after about 10 minutes , Maintenance claimed they “reset” my water heater but the issue persisted… I just put up with it honestly because my lease was only 6 months .. at the end of the day you get what you pay for a I guess… there are much better places out there for the same ammount you’d be paying hereProperty Manager Responded

November 19, 2020Moved in 39 days ago and do not regret the decision. Best office staff I have dealt with – professional and responsive. Shout out to Erica and Monique!!!!!! Erica THANK YOU for working with me (I know am picky ?). Cherry Knoll is the top apartment complex to live in by far. The 1 BDR-LVR unit is spacious. Ground and building are well maintained. The facility offers several bonuses, including security entrance to the complex, friendly walking neighborhood close by lake/post office/Holy Cross ...urgent care, and shopping center. Great property, Excellent location!
November 18, 2020Cherry knoll Apartments is a great property to live. This is my second year living here and I absolutely love it. The location is perfect and you can be on the highway in less than 4min. There are plenty of shopping stores close by including the outlets and the RIO so you don’t have to travel far for groceries, pharmacy, entertainment and fine dining. More about the property is the buildings are secure. Also, there is plenty of parking and you can even get reserved parking. In the morning I ...always see the grounds, maintenance and housekeeping cleaning and gardening. In the spring you can see cherry blossoms bloom right outside the buildings and it’s beautiful! My unit has granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances and a walk in closet which are some of my favorites. The amenities are also a bonus with the pool, gym, grill, etc... The staff in the leasing office has been so nice, efficient and helpful. If your looking for a place to call home cherry knoll apartments is definitely it :)Property Manager Responded

They dont know how to run a community
March 14, 2019The only good thing about this place is the fact that the apartment has a nice layout (875 sqft) No towing company so good luck finding parking after 7 Tennis court is now a dog bathroom New neighbors dont care about the comunity and smoke pot inside hallways. And it smells like something died. Trash is always overflowing. They never answer at the leasing office phone nor do they regularly staff the office.Property Manager Responded

Terrible Property
April 4, 2018I was deployed when I chose this apartment community, and unfortunately I didn't get to physically see the place before signing a lease. If I had the chance to view this property on site, I 100% would NOT have signed a lease. I live in the 2BR, 2BA. The only nice feature is the wood-burning fireplace. Other than that, the apartment is crap. The fixtures are old and cheap. The "wood" floor is a cheap, thin linoleum that has been poorly installed. All of the electrical outlets are not properly ...fitted. Everything you plug in just loosely hangs in the socket and comes unplugged with any slight movement. The water smells...I don't know how or why this happens, but the water just smells. The HVAC vents do not circulate heat evenly throughout the house, so the living room is always warm and the master bedroom and bath are always freezing. Additionally, the windows and doors to the outside are poorly sealed and let in ALOT of cold air in the winter. I mean ALOT. In the hallways, there are broken screens in the windows. Now, this wouldn't be a problem if my neighbors weren't constantly opening the windows in the hallway, ALL THROUGHOUT the winter and summer, letting in freezing cold or hot air, and BUGS. I told the property management about this and they did nothing. I pay for a reserve parking space, but at least once a month, someone parks in my spot. The property has no mechanism in place or protocol for enforcing the parking regulations. When I report this issue, I...the resident...am told to call the towing company. That's not my job. Residents let their dogs run around unleashed, even though there's a good size fenced in dog park on the property. The staff is unknowledgeable and unhelpful. The gym is super small with minimal equipment. The surrounding area is nice and quiet. Lots of trees, a lake with a 1-mile path around it which is really nice. But bottom line, if you're willing to pay the rent here, you might as well move to a different town and a different apartment property that actually has the nice features and amenities you'd expect with this unnecessarily high rent. You certainly are NOT getting what you pay for here. Look elsewhere...you've been warned!Property Manager Responded

Do not live here!
July 28, 2017The staff is unfriendly and not knowledgeable. They send out accusatory emails to residents. The dumpster overfills and smells. Access to the gym varies, as the lock breaks often. Machines at the gym break and aren't fixed very quickly. Repairs are performed slowly, if they fix the problem at all. My toilet at moved in leaked, when I requested that it be fixed, they "fixed" it but the problem remained. The complex is noisy as the walls are thin and the marc and freight trains run right next to ...it.Property Manager Responded

Great location and great little apartment
November 13, 2015I relocated from out of state and came in sight unseen. I completed everything online and had a little snafu with the office and felt a little put off by the assistant property manager. However, Ms. Apryl in the office was positive and reassuring and extremely helpful. I moved in with ease and am pleased with my little apartment. It is within walking distance to the middle school and the elementary school is right across the street. There is Gunners lake adjacent to the property and although I ...have not walked the trail around it, I look forward to having walks and riding bikes on the trail. I had a maintenance request at time of move in and it was taken care of immediately. I was not home at the time for maintenance to complete the fix but they called and asked for permission to enter. I really appreciated the call. They are still working on the intercom system but access into the apartment is still possible and will be with less effort once the intercom is completed. I am moving from a house so finding space to put all my items is hard. Although, that is expected when making such a transition. It would be nice to have more cabinet space in the kitchen but I still like the comfort. I feel like I'm at home for the year!Property Manager Responded

Great location and functional floorplans

Excellent experience
September 25, 2015We located from out of state and on our first visit we were treated with very professional and friendly rep. Very impressed with location and property appearance as well as the attention from management. Everything just gave a great overall feeling, we signed up. We have just moved in, the apartment is spotlessly clean, appliances look like new. The outdoor facilities are great, well maintained., pet friendly and there is a "doggy park" Plenty of parking and close to many shopping centers. September 15, 2015Cherry Knoll apartments was a great option for my family. They offer a variety of lease options. The apartment itself has 2 full bathrooms and a storage room with a light on the balcony which is awesome. The complex is quiet, great place for small children or pet owners. The common area is well maintained. The happenings in the neighborhood is always emailed to you in case you missed the posted notes by the mailboxes. The large courtyard has a basketball court, tennis court, playground and ...dog park. Very nice seating area around the pool. Great place to live.Property Manager Responded
