August 12, 2015Quiet, roomy units with reasonable amenities. W/D in unit. Disposal, DW, vinyl windows. Pool/Spa, community center w/computer & printer. Ample parking. Great landsçaping. Friendly staff! This is a low-income property with income eligibility requirements. Rental rates are competitive and reasonable considering the amenities. Close to shopping (Safeway) with a variety of convenience outlets nearby including a library. A bit of a walk to bus service. We love it here!Review from Apartments.com
