DONT MOVE HERE
February 10, 2023DO NOT MOVE HERE! The apts are falling apart and THEY DO NOT ANSWER CALLS OR RETURN THEM. Never in office either so you can’t even just show up and talk to them. I mean it’s so bad you’ll have plants grow through you windows and no one will help. I mean the ENTIRE window and frame isn’t even set in the wall right. If someone wanted to break in all they have to do is push from the outside and the whole thing will fall into my apt. So that mean the air and heat is just always on cause all the ...windows are like that. You can see your curtain little blow in the wind IN YOUR HOUSE! It’s that bad. All the walls have cracks and openings, under the sink has a hole just going into the ground, so ants are always all over the place. And we’re VERY clean ppl. We’re finally moving at the end of the month and our garage has been broken for 3 months and yet no one call call or message me back about what they plan on doing since there are things in my garage I’ll need to take. I could go on and on. I’ve recorded all calls and VM and saved every email in case we need to take a step further cause this is just outrageous. Especially since they continuously raise the rent. May 27, 2022I’ve been trying for 2 weeks to get ahold of the property manager, I’ve requested a tour , I’ve left messages and I went to the office 3 times, my 3rd time she was there sitting in her car , I parked my car to go into the office, she made it to her office before I got there , I go in the office and she’s on a personal call, she talks on the phone for a few minutes before she acknowledges me , instead of ending her call she tells whoever she was talking to hold on , she asked me what I wanted and ...I told her I was interested in the property, she said we don’t have anything available, I told her there was 3 apartments online for rent , she said that’s not my problem what they have online, she said she doesn’t put the availability online, I must say I wouldn’t want to live at this property if she has anything to do with it.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
