Management lately has gone downhill and appears extremely out of touch with their residents, which makes sense when you don't live here. Instead of listening to feedback from their residents, they like to harass residents about having security cameras to protect their possessions or having plants in their window. In the past, management asked me to use my footage to assist with finding people illegally dumping waste on the property, which I provided to them, but now they ask to get rid of this, ...
which does no harm to them at all, while not adding any security cameras or surveillance to protect its residents or their possessions. There have been cases of strangers roaming the property and attempting to break into cars, as well as indecent exposure by these same strangers that has been captured on camera on this property, and the management does nothing to listen to those concerns. Other issues that have not been addressed with this property include inadequate cooling and heating, as there is 1 wall AC unit that is located on the top floor that provides no cooling for the 1st floor, as well as a stove and oven that appear to be from the 1980s. These are just some of the problems, yet they continue to raise the price of rent for these apartments and now harass its own residents regarding unimportant issues that do no harm to them.
