I recently toured Cherrybrook Place Apartments and had a great experience! Maria, the leasing agent, was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole process easy and stress-free. She answered all my questions and gave me a thorough tour of the property. The community is well kept, and the amenities are a huge plus. I left feeling confident and excited about possibly making Cherrybrook my new home. Highly recommend taking a tour with Maria she’s amazing!

I had a great experience at Cherrybrook. Toured a 1 bedroom and completely fell in love with it because of all the closet space and the square footage of the apartment. Also the price is amazing for its location. LOVE that they have the gym open 24/7, which is ver convenient since I work from home. Have put in an application to move in March. Excited to live here !

DO NOT RECOMMEND!! They want your money when rent is due but the quality of these apartments are not worth it, maintenance can never do their job right or never come to do the job we asked them to do. Windows & doors have leaks & cracks in them. They told us that all windows are glued shut due to hurricanes but when we moved in the lady in the office said they must open due to safety hazards so we had to force them open ourselves. HORRIBLE!!!

Go somewhere else. Do not stop here, do not rent here, it's a waist of your time and money, cockroach infested, water damaged everywhere, black mold, they don't do anything about it. Natalie and Susan are rude. They make a lot of threats and even play victim in front of office Garza have recording and they don't give you a 30 day eviction notice, if they don't like you or have a problem with you they change your rent or give you a higher water bill. Have proof of everything. Those 2 lady's need ...
to get fired and this place needs to be shut down. People damage your car, truck, suv and they dont care and will do nothing. You will get verbally harassed in every way and even when call the cops they won't do nothing and even telling the office they won't do nothing. I have it a 1 star because It doesn't have 0 star.

The parking situation is beyond terrible, only one pool is open most of the time, Vance Towing sneaks around trying to get vehicles with their lights off, management has no solutions and is unwilling to take suggestions. The person above must live somewhere else, children do play in the area, but have to run when vehicles speed thru the complex like idiots! The onsite Pasadena Officer, while a nice guy, doesn't do any patrol(he already has a full time job). And last but not least, the rent is too ...
high for the troubles and quality of the units(single pane windows, gaps in the door seal, clogging toilets, low water pressure, over charged for water & gas). I would look elsewhere for a place to live, or understand what your getting into before you rent here. I TRIED DOING ZERO STARS, I HAVE TO PUT AT LEAST ONE!

Cherrybrook apartments may fool you by the outside but the cover just doesn't do it justice! From the 3 different pools surrounded by lush palm tree landscapes, to the mail box and office management always with open doors and arms, this is by far my best experience I've ever had with any complex! The inside of each apartment has been updated with new appliances and carpeting that makes you do a double take on these built in 1960s buildings. The plethera of different floor plans to choose from and ...
