Rude management
November 16, 2021Neighborhood is good but the Management is very rude. They write very rude mails to all the tenets. Mails will be always threatening to terminate the contract of the house to everyone. This is more of a dictatorship. Please stay away.Review from Apartments.com
Only reason you want to get involved with this mess are the great schools
August 23, 2021Sunnyvale middle school shows little lower rating, but it is still good. Everything else is horrible with this apartment apart from the schools: 1) Squeaky floor 2) Paper thin walls 3) Collapsing roof 4) Tiny dish washer 5) Loud noise from adjacent traffic, including fire trucks from the next door fire station 6) Overflowing garbage area full of filth and flies 7) Rude staff / management. One example - There was a large scale construction work that continued for many months; every tenant had to ...walk through other tenants' patios and balconies because of the blockage. One of the tenants got upset and sent message to the management; the management sent very rude and embarrassing response, and CC-ed the response to everyone, instead of just settling with that particular tenant. Think twice before you move in
July 28, 2018This is no joke rats in the winter and big roaches during the summer. And on top of that the kid are very noisy they run all through the vegetation. So forget about having a nice common area. And the crazy part there's a park right down the freaken streets and across from the apartments is a school where the kids run and can play the parents have no consideration for their fellow neighbors when it comes to teaching their kids not to play in the common area of the apartments and this is ...according to the rentel agreement and the management dose nothing about. This used to be a nice place to live in I guess it's all about the money now. The only thing this place has is the near by schools.Property Manager Responded

Horrible place to rent
April 20, 2018Very old building with no ground contacts and poor wiring on internet, there is poor cell reception in the area. Lot of burglaries in garages. The only grace is friendly neighbors and lots of kids for company. Leasing office is terrible and the Rent is highly prohibitive.Property Manager Responded

It has good and bad things.
April 8, 2018The apartments are old, there are no grounded contacts (ask them to install them and they only installed 2 of many). And you can hear all the noises of the neighbors. They don't have already installation for a good internet, since the facilities are old and it was my turn that one did not even have wiring installed and could not put the comcast in that place. For everything else I like that it has areas so that children can go out in front of the apartments to play and they are safe. And they ...are beautiful inside. And they are cheap for the area where they are (Sunnyvale). I like that they have a porch in front and beautiful areas. They don´t have cleaning and use schedules, or regulations in the laundry room. The tenants wash until late at night (after 11pm or 12am for example), and it's really annoying. Some people leave the washing machines very dirty (And don't clean the dirt after using them, I found peanut seeds and coins between the rubber), and dryers some people never remove the lint after using them. The laundry area some times are dirty, because some people don't t put the trash in the trash container, and they leave on the floor. The garbage area is a horror, the neighbors leave their garbage bags on the floor even when the containers are empty. And it's generate a horrible smell and a lot of flies. I think it's a big source of infection. Garbage, water, and sewing isn't included in the rent.Property Manager Responded
