Bad apartments
August 8, 2024There’s sooooo much moisture and mold. Found out that the units have hard water. INFESTED with spiders and bugs. I could NEVER get a hold of the property manager. Dealing with any problems, they say it’s up to you to fix. I had my neighbor staring at me through my window. Paper thin walls. I was in the bedroom and heard my neighbor LITERALLY SNORING. Really think twice before you move here. It’s not worth wasting your money. I moved in July 1st and was out by July 15thReview from Apartments.com
Nice area, bad apartments
May 20, 2022The neighborhood is nice, BUT the apartments are not. There is moisture and mold. There is no air conditioning. There is always something broken or leaking.Review from Apartments.com
Good People
August 6, 2015These apartments are in a great location, close to beckley. The landlords are currently remodeling all the apartments that are vacant. If you get a remodeled apartment they are amazing, if you don't then they are in pretty rough shape. The rent is a little high. Parking for multiple vehicles. Back deck on every unit. Plus storage lockers included in rent. The landlords will work to help fix any problem and they are normally pretty fast about it. Would recommend to college kids, or any other young ...adults looking for a place right outside of Beckley.Property Manager Responded
