Maintenance is HORRIBLE. I was so excited to move in here with the glowing reviews and great floor plan, however my air conditioning has not worked properly since I moved in about 6 months ago. Maintenance has been out to "repair" over once a month since and it is never actually fixed whatsoever. I would absolutely not recommend this complex to anybody. Please please please save yourself the frustration, disgust and exorbitant electric bills caused by inadequate HVAC maintenance.

I have lived here almost two years, and am happy here. The entire staff seem happy to be working here, that is why they are always willing to help and answer questions with a smile. I have had two issues requiring maintenance since I have been here, and they were handled promptly and completely. For me this has turned out to be a wise choice.

It's an okay apartment with many roaches

It's nice and quiet here but there's almost always someone struggling to get in the gate if you don't have your key card. I've been here for a few years now and everything was fine but in the past year or so the number of cockroaches both inside and outside of the apartment buildings has increased so much. There are wasps and hornets nest on the balconies, under the parking covers, and some inside the rails of the stairs. I find myself running to and from my car often to get away from them.

Its the worst. Management is unprofessional. Rent goes up for no reason. Pools are closed in the hottest of times. Very noisy and it gets worse once you try to move out. Its like a unhealthy relationship you can't get out of. Even if you give them a notice they say you didn't and then fine and bill you.

I lived here a while ago. They're nice at first but once you want to move out managers start being unprofessional and wont take your move out notice. Even if they say they did. Once it's time you want to leave they say you never told them and want to find you. They kicked me out before the agreed upon time and i didn't receive my deposit and then got fined after that. I left the apt in great conditions. I wouldn't go there ever again.

Worst apartments ever. Management was awful and i got kicked out before my 30 day period was over because they already had someone moving in. Not to mention i had to move out on a holiday weekend. I wouldn't recommend this apartment complex. Not to mention the rent keeps going up every time you renew your contract.

I've lived here for almost 2 years and I've grown to love this place. The staff is always responsive to our requests and knows how to make their residents happy. I don't have any problem living here. No criminals or anything like that. Nice/respective neighbors. And I am deaf so that says something. Usually, my noise will annoy the neighborhood but they all know that I can't help it and still nice to me no matter what which I'm grateful for. In return, I won't bother them with the noise when ...
the night time comes. :) And the Manager and the rest of the staff are awesome. The Manager's Assistant knows ASL which makes me feel welcome at home and there's no language barrier between us. Thank you, guys!

Great Place To Live

I have been living in my apartment for going on 7 years. The property is very well maintained by very professional maintenance men and a tremendous office staff. The residents are treated like they matter which is very nice. The complex has 2 greats pools and a hot tub. Apartments are spacious and well kept. Neighbors are very nice. A great place to live.

I signed with Chesapeake last yer and it was one of the poorest decisions I have made. I haven't had any luck getting simple things like my blinds, door hardware, door seal, or, perhaps most importantly, my air conditioner fixed. The staff was extremely kind until I signed the lease, then it was like a switch flipped, and they all the sudden could not care less about me. I wanted to make sure it was not just me, so I confirmed with several tenants that they have been treated similarly. The animal ...
owners at Chesapeake do not clean up after their pets, and the location is not the best. The neighbors are extremely kind, but the staff, maintenance, and poor upkeeping make it a pass for the savvy apartment finder.

My husband and I live in a part of Fort Worth that isn't the best. We have been in our apartment complex for two years now and I'm so ready to move!! We constantly are having issues with our AC dripping into our shower, causing horrible rust and since the heat wave here in Texas, our AC isn't working like it has been. It's not cooling and we have reported it five different times to our front office and each time a maintenance guy is sent out but we are told that the AC is running just fine. Yeah ...
