July 17, 2025We moved here about 2 months ago from another Adult living apartments in North Texas. I have been impressed with the responsiveness of the Office, Cleaning, and Maintenance staff. Activities are better organized than my previous facility and the layout of my apartment is all useable space as opposed to my previous apartment which was of greater square footage. More residents are active and most are very friendly. Poor Management and Dirty

Poor management
September 17, 2020Lived here one year, great property but total incompetence at the management level. Activities Director again incompetence, some amenities not available or cut back, ie: restaurant, salon. Some residents are very active most not Also dropped 55 to 50 move in age.Property Manager Responded
January 21, 2021Hello from Chesapeake Bay, We are so sorry if something went wrong with one of management staff team members. We all truly love all of our residents here and our residents have been telling us the same thing. We opened the main building in March 2020 and all the amenities opened as well, except the resturant, which soon opened, less than two months later. We found a really nice nail salon employee and it has been wonderful. Please except our apologies getting opened during this panademic. We are doing our best and all is great here. I really love living here!
December 4, 2019Beautiful property and apartment homes. I love the upgrades in the homes. The amenities are better than anywhere else I’ve ever lived and everyone is so helpful and knowledgeable.
