Wonderful Experience

I recently moved out of Chesapeake apartments, after living here for 13 months due to my job. But my experience has been absolutely exceptional. From the moment I arrived, Rhonda Drummond went above and beyond to ensure my transition was seamless, she is super friendly and courteous, making me feel right at home. The location is really great and very convenient, making it the perfect place to live. Staff is super friendly and courteous. Everyone I've encountered has been friendly, professional, ...

and eager to help in any way possible. If you're looking for a place to call home that offers both comfort and convenience, Chesapeake is the place to be. The only issue I am having is with my deposit that supposed to be fully refunded since I left the apartment in immaculate condition, and had paid everything in full, but the new system is keep showing double charges and I went in the office and the Manager assured me that the system is keep messing up the charges but you should get the full deposit refund back minus the water bill which is going to be charge in next month because it's behind. let's see, if they are going to cheat with the deposit or honor it? I even sent in the payment confirmation email to the office. If I don't receive my full deposit back, I will write another review about Burton Carol Management.

Just wanted to leave a review. I have lived here now for 4 years am am renewing this month. I have lived in the 1 bedroom and now the 2 bedroom. I had lived here for 2+ years. The first year and a half were great. Then, the management went down hill. The prices were increasing, but the quality of what you pay for was not. 4 out of the 7 days a week, there would be a water breakage issue and the water would be turned off during daytime hours for hours at a time. When working overnights, I would want to come home after my shift & shower, was not able to living here.

What to mention first..... 1. Location and access to US 19, close to Dunedin also. 2. Staff treats you like family. 3. No riff-raff tolerated. 4. Lovely landscaping. 5. My husband and I walked in on May 20th wanting to look at a 1 bedroom apartment however what we got in return was a 15-20 minute wait for someone to show up at the desk and when she did we got a nice lecture on how our infant in 6 months would have to have her own room according to fair housing law however my husband works apartment maintenance and said he's never heard of such a thing and after searching the internet I couldn't find anything about it either. These apartments are in a great location! Minutes away from major roads as well as a mall! The complex is equipped with a gym and a pool for every resident to use. If you enjoy taking a walk they have beautiful scenery! The apartments themselves are alright. I live in a 1 bedroom 1 bath. It is pretty small, but practical. The management office is wonderful, if you have any problems or concerns they will help in anyway they can. Rent is a little pricy for what you get, but thats life.

My apt. complex receives the highest marks for quality living at its best. They offer 1 and 2 bedroom apts with many floor plans to choose from. They utilized all possible space in each apt to serve the resident in the best way possible. There is ample walk-in closet space and also include washer and dryer connections. never see a dead plant or shrub on the property. I was very impressed over the fact that they even tend to dusting and cleaning your light fixture outside your front door. As far as decor they just don't paint a coat of white paint in the refurbishment of each apt. They paint one wall in the livingroom and one in the dining room as a decorator wall. There is a new style of flooring in both kitchen and bath that gives the impression of a wood plank floor. All appliances are kept up to date and replaced as needed. Our amenities include a pool, jacuzzi, exercise room and office or computer room. We have 4 fishing lakes with catch and release policy. You will also find a tennis court, handball court, car wash facility and lots of walking paths for your enjoyment. Our location is prime as we are only two blocks from the Countryside Mall and many other major shopping areas are only minutes away. If you like the Florida Gulf coast it is only a ten minute drive to the waters edge and beautiful beaches. On a final note the entire staff at Chesapeake are very cordial and family friendly. They do allow dogs and cats with only a few restricted breeds. There is a $300 pet fee and an additional $10 month per pet add to your rent. Our prices range from $800 to $1100 per month. I think you would enjoy your home at Chesapeake Apartments.

the community seems nice... the staff was great! I saw a half dozen maintenance guys in the complex working. I will say there are 2 things that I didn't like about the place. The 1st is the prices reflex a "basic" unit and it is ugly, looks old and dated!!
