Maintenance is good, but move out process is too strict
October 30, 2018Three stars for this company: On the positive side, they provide prompt maintenance and keep the complex in good shape. On the negative side, they require their tenants to pay for professional cleaning on their move out. If a tenant cleans his/her unit on their own, the company refuses to inspect the cleaning work and charges them for professional cleaning instead ($200 depending on the unit size).Review from Apartments.com
