Everybody’s awesome. Everything is smooth, easy and makes sense. Neighbors seem cool. My kids love it. Any maintenance issues I had upon moving in were taken care of abruptly without question and done correctly. The maintenance guys have been awesome and Johnny on the spot

The staff is always helpful and maintenance is very good. There have been some issues with trash disposal but they seem to be on top of them.

As much as I want to be happy with the appearance of the complex, I’m finding it very hard. We have asked about power washing the hallways as they are disgusting with mold and stains. Looks horrible! Siding on buildings look terrible. Trash everywhere and compactor is always broken. They charge a lot of money to live here and I expect it to look better than this..

I have been living in Chesapeake ridge Community since 4 years , it has been great experience first I was living in one bed apartment, after my family grow I moved to 2 bed apartment. I was living in community since 4 years I did not think of moving to other communities because it is safe and secure . It is always very safe walk around community with kids I would prefer to live more years .
