Chesapeake Square Apartments

my calls went ignored for weeks! I finally had to write a threatening letter just to get his attention. The general areas are poorly maintained, when it snows no one is sent out here to clear the walkways, the laundromat is filthy with constantly broken down machines and nothing has been done to handle tenants who leave their clothes sitting in the machines for hours and even days. There was even a huge load of clothes that was left in there for weeks, I told the manager as I was also getting yet something else fixed, said he would take care of it and never did! I’ve also had mis-delivered packages from Fed-Ex due to no numbers on the buildings (?), one of which was never recovered. Not to mention I’ve seen some questionable activity that may be drug-related. The only reason why I haven’t moved already is because I’m looking for a job elsewhere and hoping to relocate, so I cannot wait to get out of here! Hopefully this will help others in not making the same mistake I did!
