Renters Reviews and Ratings
Minor issues, but satisfied.
September 22, 2015I just moved into my studio apartment about a month ago and so far things have been just ok. I love the location and how much easier it is for me to get to work and school now from my place. However, the parking situation can be a pain. When I first moved into my place, my broken blinds were on the floor and still have not been fixed. The shower rod in my bathroom doesn't fit so I've been showering without a rod and curtain. Also I've noticed a few roaches on the ground and found one crawling ...into my bag. I was mortified. But the pest control people have come and I think they come on a monthly basis. I have no complaints when it comes to noise, everyone on my floor for the most part are very quiet and friendly people. I honestly feel safe at night , even with living in the worst part of Philadelphia. I will more than likely stay here the whole year but probably will not stay here after that.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
