Big Water bugs aka Roaches
October 31, 2022I was so embarrassed to invite ppl over. I keep a clean house. The week I moved in I seen one . I swear pest control was there every week. They blamed it on living on a wood line.Review from Apartments.com
Moving Out
March 26, 2019If I could report zero stars I would. This place has mice and they do nothing to get rid of it. These places are old and run down. Maintenance does the bare minimum to fix anything and you’re still charged extra for them to fix your plumbing. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT RENT HERE. They never presssure wash the buildings and it clearly shows. The landscapers or people that just cut grass are cheap and horrible. Not worth anyone’s moneyReview from Apartments.com
This was just the final straw
February 11, 2017Heat was working off and on one week prior to winter storm at the end of 2016. after multiple (4) attempts by the maintenance they told me they would give me, my wife and my two and a half year old daughter a space heater to tough out the storm because they were unable to fix it. Obviously I had made separate arrangements given the fact that we would have had to hole up in one bedroom in almost zero degree temperatures. Four days following the storm I contacted and made three appearances ...to the corporate office saying that they "should" have it fixed by that day. I never once got an apology, was not asked how me and my family were and they refused to credit back for the five days that I had to stay elsewhere. After not getting any answer about the heat being fixed I signed a new lease with another complex. Not even 3 hours after me informing them i had signed the new lease there was a brand new furnace in the apartment. Not once did they tell me they were replacing it or even fixing it! Had I known that I would have at least waited until my lease was up,but I had no choice, I needed to make sure my family was taken care of. This is the worst experience with any company of any any kind and it hurts that me and my family literally meant absolutely nothing to them.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Great Price, Safe area
July 27, 2015This is such a welcoming, blended community of neighbors and businesses. When I go jogging early in the morning, I've never doubted my safety. Walking distance, there is an Italian(Sapori), Soul Food (Mr.B's), and a barbecue restraunt (Sibley's). There's a library, a public gym, a Vet, a laundry mat, two drugstores, a walking trail, all within walking distance of Chester Townhomes. There's not an ice maker, nor a dishwasher within each home, but there are laundry stations within each section. ...The Upstairs room is compatible with a stackable washer and dryer. Maintenance has always arrived the next day, leaving a note on their progress when I and other occupants were not home. There's a playground for the kids, and even a pool for the residents. Every year when the pool opens, often more than once, there's a cookout; which is the perfect excuse to meet any of the new neighbors. For such an amazing price, and a convenient, safe location, I am beyond satisfied with my experience here.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
