Do not waste your money and time
February 20, 2026Issues: Smell of marihuana transferring to my apartment through the bathroom. Dogs barking at all times and I’ve found dog poop and pee going up the stairs. Cops come here often due to domestic calls. Management not helpful resolving complaints. People always slam their doors.Review from Apartments.com

March 29, 2025My experience here has been great! I have been her a year and I don’t plan on moving out any time soon. It’s very quiet. The walls are NOT thin as some people have said. Maintenance is top notch! Any issue are addressed quickly. I feel very safe here. They really take care of the complex. Landscapers come weekly, the hallways are cleaned weekly. I am very impressed! Disappointed Renter
April 2, 2023I don't think I can even leave any stars for this complex. I moved into this apartment complex thinking I was moving into a luxury apartment, I have to say this is far from luxury. There are no assigned parking spaces, but you are expected to register each car to delegate the residents, but fun fact no one seems to have these stickers....,there has been garbage and debris in the hallway for about a week now, and I am consistently hearing my neighbors having conversations, arguments, people ...over, anything you can think of the walls are paper, and the best part are the doors slamming!!! If you want packages delivered, do not expect to get them as Amazon and other deliverers just place them outside the locked door of your building and I have had packages go missing (even if you specify where to bring them) and they have a digital key for the building, they still choose to not bring them in. Why doesn't the front office take packages for their guests like other high end complexes.. PS- don't expect an elevator in some of the buildings! Please make sure you have good legs because going up even the first flight is horrible. Again, luxury is clearly a loose term around here because nothing about this place is luxury. *Luxury appliances.. my fridge isn't the size it should be it is super small it doesn't even include a water dispenser and my stove is a commercial stove very generic.*Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
