Wonderful
July 20, 2022My husband and I were relocating to Illinois from Florida. We were able to do all transactions over the phone and email. Our apartment is lovely. Kitchen has plenty of storage and the complex is very quiet. They even had a laundry basket welcome gift for us when we moved in. Everyone I have met is very friendly. October 14, 2020Great office and maintenance staff, nice apartments, quiet area. My only complaint (if that) is the overall laundry situation. While most of my bad experiences with laundry are because of other tenants, having about 12 washers and about 8 dryers always seemed off, and there always seemed to be a good machine not working when I needed it. Chesterfield Village
August 7, 2015I really enjoy living at Chesterfield Village. I have lived here about a year and a half and have had no major problems. The negatives in my opinion are some of the fixtures in the apartments are a little dated, and there is no central air conditioning (there is a window unit mounted in the wall). I think the window unit kepts the one bedroom apartment at a comfortable temperature, but it can be loud at times. I think the staff definitely makes up for the negatives, however. They are very ...friendly and quick to solve any problems. They are constantly doing nice things for the residents, such as throwing parties and other events, having free snacks in the office, giving us free laundry tokens, etc. I have wonderful neighbors, everyone is friendly, respectful, and courteous. The complex is in a great area close to amenities and is very safe. Overall I would definitely recommend living here.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
