Great place to live

Lived here for 4 years. It’s quiet, well kept. Maintenance is responsive, gets the issues fixed. Staff is friendly and accommodating. They’ve patiently worked with me a few times when I had personal issues. Apt wise, the only ongoing issue I’ve had is that my dryer takes basically all day to dry my clothes. They’ve changed the unit twice but it’s still the same. I’m assuming it’s the ducts. Besides that I’m a happy camper!

My experience at Chestnut Farms has been good. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The outside area is kept up very nicely, always clean and landscaped well. I enjoy the pool in the summer, and have used the gym.
