February 16, 2025 - Review from Apartments.comDO NOT rent here unless you love constantly reaching out to the leasing office about maintenance's ineptitude and being treated like a number. I've lived here less than a year and had way more issues than any other complex I've lived in. Here they are in no particular order: 1. We rented a washer and dryer from the leasing office. When they were installed, the washer hoses were mixed up so the hot water hose was hooked up to cold water and vice versa. Both the hoses and hook ups were labeled ...prominently... 2. Our dryer vent hose was also not installed properly. We learned that when our laundry room was very humid whenever we ran the dryer. This was a massive fire hazard. 3. Our blinds not working upon move-in. When our new blinds were installed, 2 sets were put in crooked so they had to come fix that again 4. We had a massive earwig infestation upon move-in in our entryway. Part of the issue turned to be that the weather strip on the bottom of our door was torn in certain places allowing them easy access. 5. Maintenance constantly leaves the garden hose across our walkway. Even after days of being unused. My boyfriend tripped and sprained his ankle on it one day. While their insurance agent was doing an investigation to see if they were liable, they were magically able to keep it off the walkway. After his decision came through, the hose ended up on the walkway again. 6. The leasing office hired a power washing company. They did not go around our building completely, so our entryway still looks super dirty. 7. Our oven was constantly not getting up to temperature. We put in several tickets to maintenance and each time they came out, they would deny an issue. We finally reached out to the leasing office and were given a new oven. 8. Our new oven was absolutely FILTHY and covered in grease/oil. The leasing office sent out a cleaning crew when we complained, but that should never have been delivered like that in the first place. 9. And finally, the cherry on top... They are now conducting R.A.P.I.D. (Realizing Accelerated Profits in Re-Development) renovations mid-lease. So, rather than waiting until people's leases are up, we have to pack up and move all of our loose items so they can install new kitchen cabinets, bathroom cabinets, flooring, and more. Just so they jack up rates for new residents and existing residents alike. (Sure, updated stuff is nice but giving me a lease renewal offer that is $200/month more than I currently pay is a joke).Read MoreProperty Manager Responded

June 29, 2022 - Review from Apartments.comI really liked these apartments! The townhouse is super nice and the area is quiet. The clubhouse I think has hands down the best in the area. The only reason I rated it a 4 is because of the way they do their approvals. First it is $350 (300 refundable if not approved), then the “price point” they use during the process. They do not take into account bonuses or OT, they go off of base pay. So if you don’t make more than $22 an hour, don’t waste your time and a HARD pull to apply.Property Manager Responded

Overpriced
April 7, 2020 - Review from Apartments.comThis is not a luxury apartment. I live on the bottom level and you can hear the upstairs neighbors walking. Their floor creaks so loud. The walking sounds like stomping and booms that cause my doors and light fixtures to shake. Also, the walls are paper thin. You can hear everything! The office doesn't care either and will not address the problem. The good thing is the apartment is nice and maintenance is pretty good. NOT SAFE for families
November 20, 2017 - Review from Apartments.comI came here a few days ago to check out an apartment for my family. Outside I saw a car with a broken window. I asked the neighbors what happened and it appears there is a car burglary problem in this community. I verified this with the police. The rent is cheap but you get what you pay for it seems. Not a safe place for families. I'd rather pay a little more and feel safe at night and when I travel for work. Not recommended.Property Manager Responded
