The rent is affordable, even on a grad student's income, and the included amenities are great! The complex is small, quiet and safe. Our neighbors were noisy the first year we lived here, but we talked with them and they were super understanding. There gym is always clean and fresh. The pool is the perfect size to lounge by on hot summer days. Out of all the years we’ve lived here we’ve only had to make two maintenance requests. One for a leaky sink and the other for a ...dripping tub faucet. The front office is amazing and quick in their communication with us personally and with the entire complex. Such as resurfacing the parking lot or painting the walls. We know weeks in advance. We’re blessed with the opportunity to live here.Read More

This is my first apartment and not only is the rent reasonable but the environment is truly relaxing and well worth the price. The walls are thick and i rarely ever hear or see my neighbors, the apartment is nice and spacious and the location is prime.
