March 7, 2025Too many roaches. Bad insulation. Floor is too noisy. Shower has no pressure. Does not have a intercom. Office says opened but is very difficult to find someone there. I recommend everyone to put 12 ampoules of PetArmor for dogs ( red box) inside a windex and spray it for all the apartment baseboard.Review from Apartments.com

December 1, 2024A peaceful place to live, clean, organized. We have no problems with noise or any other type of nuisance. It is a very well maintained property, maintenance responds in a timely manner and they do an excellent job. Sometimes we have problems with Amazon and Fedex orders disappearing. What could require special attention from the administration in this regard, placing cameras on the property or creating a safer delivery location.Property Manager Responded
