Things have no been great at Chestnut Square over the last year. From 10 months of disruptive construction, flooding apartments, lack of communication, and more. I can’t say I’ve been pleased with living here. Prior to this year, it was a fantastic place to live, but I sadly can no longer say that. Maybe it will get back on track some day, but only time will tell.

I have lived at Chestnut since November 2024 and it is the best property complex in the West Chester area. I especially love my courtyard pool balcony unit as it shuts out any noise from the outside. You cannot beat the WC town location, indoor parking garage, and calmness of living here.

I've lived at Chestnut Square for about six months, and overall it's been a great experience. The location is unbeatable - everything you need is within walking distance, and it's super convenient for getting around the city. The staff is friendly and always willing to help, which makes a big difference day to day.

Great place to live! Perfect location. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Blah blah blah blah. Rent is a little too expensive. The construction outside was a nightmare. I felt like Buzzto should of done more for the inconvenience to the residents

Staff is excellent. Very courteous & professional. The building LOOKS nice and reasonably new but construction was very poor quality. Flooring tiles are loose, trim in bathrooms are loose, some of the repairs (especially tile) is generously "haphazard". Current reconstruction of courtyard-facing walls is out of the control off on-site management but is a complete sh!t-show, preventing residents from utilizing decks and grill/firepit/pool/outdoor amenity space

Great staff, great tenants, great location. I have been here two weeks, and so far, it has been a great experience. Everything you could ever want is within walking distance.
