Horrible customer services and maintenance
January 28, 2024 - Review from Apartments.comThese apartments have a severe roach problem. I notified every month of roaches coming into my place. My air conditioning was out for 4 weeks while waiting for maintenance to repair. After moving out, they never sent me a final bill and then sent some bogus charges to collection. When confronted by an attorney, the charges magically disappeared but still have not been able to get a letter stating I was a good-paying customer. It has been 6 months since I moved out. Please do not rent here.

December 22, 2019 - Review from Apartments.comWater gets shut off without warning for days at a time, no hot water for days also. Maintenance is terrible, they say they have complete work requests when they clearly haven't been in the apartment. The management office is unreliable, if you can get ahold of them. There is no answering machine and no way to find the emergency maintenance number. I've lived here for over 7 years and just can't anymore. The rent is too high for what the apartment has to offer.
