All about the Concierges!

This review is strictly about the 10 star service provided by the weekday concierge staff - Gabby (mornings) and Madonna (evenings). Firstly, signing the praises of Gabby (Multi-Site Director of Resident Services). There is no other way to say it besides the resident experience would fall to pieces if she was not here!!! Gabby knows everyone personally. She checks on us like one of the family and is intuitive enough to sense when one needs assistance without asking. She is always pleasant, ...
professional, and will do all she can to resolve your issue. Gabby does an off the charts job with resident events every single month. Food. Beverages. Decor. Entertainment. Creativity. Staffing. Vendors. You name it. She’s thought out it, outdone herself on it, and excels. There has never been one event in my time here that was executed with anything less than excellence. She is the person I go to first if there is an issue or a question because I know Gabby will know how to (or who can) fix it. She really is a backbone in the building. Madonna is attentive, thorough, and kind. She is always super duper on top of everything. This includes being available to quickly and completely resolve tenant complaints. She always answers the telephone and responds to emails. She stays on top of our mountain of packages and locker system between the two buildings like the watchful eye of a hawk. I know I can trust Gabby or Madonna with all my needs. They embody what concierge service is supposed to look and feel like. Many thanks for keeping the community running like a family!

The Best Part

I've lived in the Barrett around three years now and when I come home from work, I still feel like I'm walking into a five star hotel! I love the sheer beauty of the place. I love the amenities, the musicals in the courtyard, the events inside the building and on the rooftop of the Claude. Let me not leave out the get-togethers and camaraderie among my neighbors. But The Best Part is the staff!! Gabrielle Leach is my Champion! From day one she made me feel like I matter. Anytime I need help with ...
anything, she drops everything to meet my needs. And the rest of the staff is the nicest bunch you ever want to meet. Do you know what changed since three years back... nothing! So since I matter to them, they matter to me!

Exceptional staff

What truly set this community apart from the rest for me personally when I was searching for my next home was the exceptional staff! Throughout my moving process Connor, Gabby, Phillip, Taylor and the rest of the team at the Claude and the Barrett were extremely helpful in meeting my needs. Everyone was very hands on and I deeply deeply appreciated it!

Beautiful building

The staff is 1st class. The tour was excellent. Look forward to seeing sleek, and very modern designs throughout the space. Plan to be swept off your feet with amenities like no other space in Chevy Chase.
