Great place for us!
July 7, 2023I lived at Chowning Square for a year and really enjoyed my time at the complex. Our 3-bed 2-bath unit was very spacious and made the place feel more comfortable since there were multiple people living in it. The complex is quiet with easy parking and quick access to several of the universities in the area as well as lots of shopping and dining. It was also fun to have food trucks come to the community once a month for a free meal! Chowning is an older apartment complex but fit our needs ...perfectly. July 14, 2020Quiet community tucked away in Belle Meade! My townhouse is huge, and my dog loves the private backyard and walking trails. Living here for the second time between houses. The staff is friendly and maintenance is helpful.Property Manager Responded
