Horrible living experience

I strongly recommend avoiding this property. Throughout my lease, I dealt with repeated issues that made the apartment both unsafe and uncomfortable to live in — and management was consistently unresponsive.
There were loud disturbances at night, loiterers who made my girlfriend feel unsafe, and cars speeding through the parking lot, putting residents at risk. Trash and broken glass were regularly left around, and our dog was cut by glass while walking outside.

bathroom ceiling began to collapse due to water damage — and it took over a month for management to repair it. This is a basic health and safety issue, and it was ignored for far too long.
When I gave notice to move out by July 31, they didn’t even list the unit for rent until late September, which feels like an intentional delay to keep charging us instead of making a real effort to re-rent — a violation of basic rental laws.
If you value safety, prompt maintenance, or professional management, I strongly suggest you look elsewhere.
