The move-in process went smoothly, and the office staff were professional, helpful, and quick to respond to any questions I had. When I first moved in, the property was transitioning to new management, and even during that period, everything was handled efficiently. October 2, 2023The grounds are beautiful, apartment layout is nice except for spiders, constant disrepair, and a garbage pile left in parking lot that my colleagues can see from Elkton rd. Been there for at least a week and no staff has removed it. If I ask to have it removed, they will ignore and make it like we have some sort of problem. If the don’t want to work, maybe they should go home. We have lived here 2 months and we already know not to ask……for the rent we pay, it is not okay.
