Chroma has given my husband and I the best possible experiences we have ever had in our 25 years together. We couldn’t be more happy living here. it's great so far. I'm submitting a longer review so that I can earn the points that are being offered to me on the app that I use for getting points for living here. It genuinely is very nice, don't let this rating undercut that it is nice, but unfortunately the comment must apparently be so long in order to receive the points that are offered on the app that the apartment complex uses to reward its residents with nice little things. I don't even mind, I just dislike writing long reviews.

We just moved in a week ago and it has been wonderful. I love everything about this home. Everyone has been so welcoming. My kitties love the windows and space to play. We love having no stairs (I use a cane).

The fire alarms for the whole building go off in the middle of the night. Sometimes twice in a night. Walls are thin and you can hear your neighbors. People smoke in their rooms and the hallways smell. It can actually seep in from the hallway to your apartment too. Unnecessary lighting that strongly illuminates trees in the courtyard shines on bedroom windows. The vents above the stoves are weak at getting rid of cooking smells. AC/heat air intake system is very noisy and in the open ...
concept living/dining/kitchen area. Appliances are not good: dishwashers, refrigerators, and washer/drier are GE and very noisy. The floors are wobbly when walking across the apartment. The AC takes a long time to cool down the apartment. The only thing luxury-grade is the rental price. Property management representative generally deflects from solving any problems. A couple nice things: the repair and custodial staff are excellent! The building has a sky deck and a parking lot.
