March 12, 2026I have been living here a few years and have had nothing but great experiences. I love the community activities and how they love on the children. They get snacks every Friday when they get off the bus, and they have activities for them during holidays to socialize with each other. March 11, 2026Someone it takes Maintenance a while to fix issues. Otherwise I have no complaints the office responds quickly and keeps us informed. Creating activities to bring us together is great, but it's up to us to reply and participate. The gate remaining open is my biggest issue, the trash they have gotten a handle on it.Property Manager Responded

February 10, 2026In my experience, I sought them out and my request was granted. They a nice community with nice staff. They represent in my opinion the ethos of Cobb especially but Greater Atlanta itself, which people of various ethnicities, racial makeups, and various backgrounds. September 1, 2025They don’t fix anything my apartment had a leak in the ceiling on August 21 and walked up to the office to report it and took pictures of the mildew and it took them 7 days to send maintenance to look at it and all he did was spray it down with mildew stuff . My rug is still a little damp they did not put fans out I still have bubbles in my ceiling as of today the maintenance Nan said he will be back that was a Thursday and today is Monday and so far no one he told me water was in the light ...bulb in the clothes closet he did not take it down soma one else did so yes I’m very disappointed my allergies has had me miserable and my head has need hurting due to this it is now September 1, and it’s still going onProperty Manager Responded
