February 10, 2026In my experience, I sought them out and my request was granted. They a nice community with nice staff. They represent in my opinion the ethos of Cobb especially but Greater Atlanta itself, which people of various ethnicities, racial makeups, and various backgrounds. September 1, 2025They don’t fix anything my apartment had a leak in the ceiling on August 21 and walked up to the office to report it and took pictures of the mildew and it took them 7 days to send maintenance to look at it and all he did was spray it down with mildew stuff . My rug is still a little damp they did not put fans out I still have bubbles in my ceiling as of today the maintenance Nan said he will be back that was a Thursday and today is Monday and so far no one he told me water was in the light ...bulb in the clothes closet he did not take it down soma one else did so yes I’m very disappointed my allergies has had me miserable and my head has need hurting due to this it is now September 1, and it’s still going onProperty Manager Responded

ROACHES ROACHES AND MORE ROACHES
June 2, 2021Does this place “look” nice yes it does. However this place is roach infested. I’m not a dirty person and I keep everything clean, I just moved in and everywhere I look it’s a ROACH. The cabinets brush up against eachother scraping the paint, it’s not work 1500 a month I’m telling you this NOW. I will be moving out. I don’t see how so many people are living like this they moved me because of the roach issue but it’s still a problem. No matter where they move me it’s a ROACH PROBLEM. I’m so ...frustrated because I was so excited to live here just to move in and for it to not be what they tried to make it seem. Things need to be Adressed
December 24, 2020So is it a nice "looking apartment", yes... now on to the more serious issues such as a SERIOUS ROACH infestation. We mentioned it when we moved in and it was like it didn't phase management at all. My other issue is with the communication with the front office. It is extremely hard to get ahold of them. Then there is the issue with mail/packages. Due to the amazon lockers they installed, ALL of your packages from UPS are deposited into a locker and the only people with a code are the front ...office. So until you can get a hold of them and coordinate them meeting you at the Amazon locker, you can't retrieve your items. Then there is the issue with maintenance, yes they respond quickly, BUT they are very minimal skilled in simple repairs. Basically what ever you need fixed, will soon need to be repaired again because it wasn't done professionally the first time. We've had plumbing issues for months. LAST, the over flow of trash is embarrassing for our visitors to see. I do appreciate that I feel safe with the night security so thats a plus, and the kitchens are beautiful, but what good is that when there are roaches in it!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
