Lovely apartment, very noisy
January 2, 2022The architecture is unique in Spartanburg and the fit and finish of the apartments is impressive. However, know that this is a 72 year-old concrete and steel building with no soundproofing. Street sound is part of the charm of living here, but the percussive low-frequency noise from neighboring apartments is especially intrusive.Review from Apartments.com
Best loft in Spartanburg
February 9, 2019I lived here for a year it was absolutely the best move I made. Church street lofts are sexy sheek apartments, location perfect downtown right up the street. We lived in a one bedroom, the view was great, private balcony. Julie our apt manager was wonderful anytime I needed anything it was taken care of in a timely manner. I really have no complaints. The roof top parties, friendly neighbors, and wonderful staff made our stay here wonderful.Review from Apartments.com
