    I just recently moved here and so far I really liked it. People are friendly and it’s a very nice location. I think only thing that kinda bothered me is the sound noise, I can clearly hear my neighbors upstairs walking and running even with my tv on. Just kinda wish people can be considerable to not stomping on the floor.

    There are many social events that the apartment hosts throughout the year and many of us who showed up have become friends. The game room is also a great place to make friends at.

    Everything so far has been great! So many amenities! They seem to have thought of everything. I realized I forgot my tools when I was setting up the furniture and went to the room on the borrowing room on the fourth floor screwdriver other tools that were needed. Wonderful experience so far. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly! So happy to be a new member of this community

    Move in was easy, the building is kept cleaned and is in close proximity to UT. The amenities are also well kept. The coffee machine in the main entrance is a bonus.

    The staff have been so friendly and everything is so clean and comfortable. Really enjoying it here so far. We moved in about 4 days ago and everyone has been very accommodating. It was a pretty simple move in process

    Love it here glad I reupped my lease here. Good area to live in right near downtown and walking distance to UTK. Nice pool area and outdoor area with things to do like grill out or hangout.
