New apartments with so much value compared to fancy high rise towers. Spacious units in a quiet location with easy access to campus. Includes the most desirable extra amenities like high speed internet, semi-private entry, secure mail and package delivery, fitness room and free parking - even EV chargers! Bus stops on two sides of the property.

The entire community consists of brand new, never lived in units so it feels like you are living in your own private home from day 1. Excellent amenities are all included like a fitness room, EV charging stations, Metronet internet service, and a dog washing station. Best place to live in Lafayette or West Lafayette!

Everything is new and I love the open layout of the apartment & that the tower entrances and mail room are secure. I know there are people above and below me but I don't hear them. It's only a 10 min drive to campus and anything else I've needed. I can't wait for the fitness room to open next week!
