Could be heaven?

Nice place. People park where ever, it's noisy and the office doesn't help, dog poo on all the grass, kids on motorcycles heading to the park. Maintenance staff is 5 stars.

I'm living at Cidermill Village last 2.5 years. Very nice place, quite and very well located. Staff was always friendly to me and my family. I also recommended for friends that loved the place and moved here. I also had bad experience in another communities that I didn't face at Cidermill, so, I fully recommend. Couldn't be better for me.

The apartments are nice but management is HORRIBLE. It is run by SINGH Apartments. Stay away! Especially if you have to deal with someone named Ashley K. It is too bad because the apartments look nice and have good potential. In the end it just isn't worth it. Find another place!

Excellent community. Quiet, yet people are active throughout the community walking, jogging, riding bike bikes, you name it. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They respond to your maintenance needs quickly. Great place for those with or without kids. I Highly recommend this community.

This is the worst place to live.

This complex is very over priced for the quality. Construction is cheap so you hear everything from surrounding neighbors. Complaints are not addressed fully and resolved to include management not enforcing their own policies, i.e. quiet times. Those who abuse get a slap on the wrist and continue on with violations. You are told to not let it bother you or offer to move you to another site with less amenities for more money. Think carefully before committing to a lease. I tried to get out of mine ...
after only 2 weeks and got the above offer. Look at reviews on other sites, this will confirm it.
