August 8, 2023 - Review from Apartments.comThe building's rush to move-in has resulted in a host of problems. Many of the electrical outlets in the apartments do not work properly, causing inconvenience and safety concerns for residents. It's evident that corners were cut during construction, leading to ongoing maintenance and functionality issues. Another concerning aspect is the imposition of unnecessary charges. They don't manage the property well at all. Crazy thing's happen in this community and they don't handle it. To many times it has been sold to another horrible owner.
