    The property itself is very pretty, everything else not so much. Staff is rude, things in the apartment break constantly.

  • Paper thin walls. No privacy. No sound proofing.

    You can hear everything that goes on in the building, your neighbors apartment, the hallway, the elevator ding, etc. Management tows cars once a month without warning. Don't park on the white line! Make sure your car is not too dirty!

  • Overpriced. No privacy/thin walls. Poor insulation

    Unfortunately this has been a bad experience. I am not sure who reads these but here is a bullet point list of the troubles you can expect -paper thin walls. expect to hear everyone and be heard! -unresponsive staff after you move in -poorly insulated building. rain came through our door -high energy bills (heating and cooling) -bugs. yes it is Florida but have not noticed this many before

    Just moved back in town and it was great to find a place that was priced competitively with some really great amenities! Emily was also great and made moving in a breeze from touring, applying, to getting the keys. Literally moved in two days after seeing the apartment Thank you Emily for making this so easy!
