  • Wonderful Place To Live With Luxury Amenities

    I have lived here for about 2 years and have had nothing but a wonderful experience since moving in. I believe the management has changed since the prior reviews here, and current management is doing a fantastic job. The grounds/common areas are kept clean and maintained. If/when something is broken, either in the common areas or in your unit, it is fixed promptly, and residents are kept updated. I feel that the price is good considering the area and the amenities at Ciel. I highly recommend Ciel ...

  • Paper thin walls. No privacy. No sound proofing.

    You can hear everything that goes on in the building, your neighbors apartment, the hallway, the elevator ding, etc. Management tows cars once a month without warning. Don't park on the white line! Make sure your car is not too dirty!

  • Overpriced. No privacy/thin walls. Poor insulation

    Unfortunately this has been a bad experience. I am not sure who reads these but here is a bullet point list of the troubles you can expect -paper thin walls. expect to hear everyone and be heard! -unresponsive staff after you move in -poorly insulated building. rain came through our door -high energy bills (heating and cooling) -bugs. yes it is Florida but have not noticed this many before

    Just moved back in town and it was great to find a place that was priced competitively with some really great amenities!
