Wonderful Place To Live With Luxury Amenities
March 6, 2026I have lived here for about 2 years and have had nothing but a wonderful experience since moving in. I believe the management has changed since the prior reviews here, and current management is doing a fantastic job. The grounds/common areas are kept clean and maintained. If/when something is broken, either in the common areas or in your unit, it is fixed promptly, and residents are kept updated. I feel that the price is good considering the area and the amenities at Ciel. I highly recommend Ciel ...to everyone looking for a place to live.Property Manager Responded

Paper thin walls. No privacy. No sound proofing.
November 5, 2021You can hear everything that goes on in the building, your neighbors apartment, the hallway, the elevator ding, etc. Management tows cars once a month without warning. Don't park on the white line! Make sure your car is not too dirty!Review from Apartments.com

I am not sure who reads these but here is a bullet point list of the troubles you can expect -paper thin walls. expect to hear everyone and be heard! -unresponsive staff after you move in -poorly insulated building. rain came through our door -high energy bills (heating and cooling) -bugs. yes it is Florida but have not noticed this many beforeReview from Apartments.com
