The manager of this place is a truly evil person. My husband and I have consistently tried to contact the office (emails not replied to, calls not returned or answered), and have physically walked to to the office to speak with someone only to find it locked and empty. We have struggled financially, but have done our best to comply and communicate with the management of Cielo. After being evicted, the manager openly mocked me and called me a liar in front of the constable. This was incredibly ...
disrespectful and extremely unprofessional behavior, and furthermore she blatantly avoided answering or taking any responsibility for the lack of phone or email communication (and I have the phone logs and backed up emails for weeks to prove it). From month to month, Cielo has failed to meet its promises and has proven that management cares more about $$$ than its tenants. Trust and believe that this place will drain more than just your wallet, you will be empty of life after leaving this place. Disgusting lack of responsibility and communication, I pray management never finds themselves on the other end of their own treatment.

New administration they don't even take your requirements into account. I have a two-bedroom apartment. One of the rooms could never be used because my son was the one who slept there and during the summer the air conditioning never worked. They tried to fix the system a couple of times but they never managed to do anything to make it work and their answer was "to buy ...

Apartments that constantly have problems with hot water
The neighbors in the back don't know what condition their house is in but I don't think it cleans because for a couple of months now the issue of cockroaches has been another problem they never fumigate!
Dog poop all over the complex.
In the complex there are washing machines and they generally never serve in addition to the fact that other residents have put their clothes in our washing machine or dryer in use.
The gym of the year lasted practically all year closed!
PLEASE, IF YOU WANT PEACE, THIS IS NOT THE PLACE TO HAVE IT.!!!
They just close your requirements without doing anything to help!

I been here over a year and never had a big issue if it was an issue the maintenance team resolved it right away I am Satisfied to be here at Cielo Apartment, However I wish it was a gated community it will make it more safe for the tenants here

It started off really good and then within two days of moving I had roaches. Hadn’t even cooked or did anything to make them come, so that was unsettling. Took three pest control requests for them to actually come, not that it did anything because the roaches appeared again. I was afraid to have guests because of this. There would be random water shutoffs with no notice or the notice would come after the water had already been shut off..gee thanks. if you can get past the roaches or maybe you get ...
lucky and they don’t come then it’s a decent place to live. However it’s pet friendly and there’s a few tenants with dogs that bark a lot so if you’re working from home this might not be good for you. The staff is nice and I don’t blame them for the issues but this place needs pest control badly and maybe tenants that are more considerate with their animals.

Do not live here I had roaches for 3 months. The office never had anyone spray even though I called 17 times in a month. All with time stamps and recordings. I had to move out early because I couldn’t take it anymore. Someone broke into my mailbox and stole my 1500 dollar deposit and the office did nothing. I showed them the pictures of the pryed open mailbox and they said it’s the post offices problem go talk to them. Do not stay staff is terrible.

The employees that work here blast music while working on renovations which keeps you from making business calls. I work from home and this is not the apartment for that life, constant construction site noise, endless roaches, and the upstairs neighbors pound, stomp and thud all day long every night, maintenance is loud and noisy stomping and pounding it's a non stop assault of sounds if you make business calls for money forget about trying to conduct business because all of these disturbances are non stop day after day week after week month after month

I was greeted by savannah, as soon as I walked in, she had the biggest smile on her face and the most amazing attitude she helped me find exactly what I needed and gave me all the details and information and reassured me that living at Cielo apartments would be the best for me.

Multiple charges that are individually taxed for water, trash, valet trash, sewer, alarm( weather you use it or not), gas, electeic common area fees, pests fee, pet fees(weather you have a pet or not), package deliver fees lol... All we have are a few leaves in our patio but they charge lol.. You name it , they charge it. The rent is different every month. Each month is higher than before. Poorly constructed cabinets/doors from the inside. Unusable dishwasher. The outside looks nice tho. The ...
washers make our clothes smell like mold. Our unit has a gnat problem and occasional roaches. Constant plumbing leaks from the A/C unit to the kitchen & bathroom. Daily surprise water shut offs. Homeless ppl come & go.. This place is def not worth what they charge. Can't wait til the lease is up

I live in this studio apartment that I do keep clean. I love the price and the new remodel that they've done on the interiors... HOWEVER, I have never had a roach issue in any housing until now and all that management does is a "light spray" even though I told them to patch the cracks... if I was a handy person I'd do it myself but then again, isn't that what maintenance and management is for within a managed apartment complex? Definitely not renewing my lease next summer... honestly probably ...
